Welcome to Swimways Academy! We are committed to providing a safe, fun, and enriching swimming experience. By enrolling yourself or your child, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Enrollment and Fees
– Enrollment is open to all ages, and fees are payable before the start of each term or session.
– Fees must be paid in full to secure a spot in the selected program. Payment methods accepted include bank transfers.
– Swimways Academy does not offer refunds after classes have commenced, except in cases of serious illness or injury (medical documentation will be required).
2. Class Scheduling and Attendance
– Classes are held at specific times, and punctuality is encouraged to avoid disruptions.
– Swimways reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances, including inclement weather or facility maintenance. In such cases, make-up sessions will be offered.
– Missed classes by students cannot be rescheduled or refunded, except for medical reasons with prior notice.
3. Safety and Supervision
– The safety of our students is paramount. All classes are conducted by certified instructors on duty and strict safety protocols are in place.
– Parents/guardians must inform Swimways Academy of any medical conditions or special requirements for their child to ensure their safety and well-being during classes.
– Swimways Academy is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen belongings within the facility.
4. Photography and Media Consent
– Occasionally, we take photos or videos during classes for training, marketing, and social media purposes.
– By enrolling, you consent to Swimways Academy using these images.
5. Code of Conduct
– Respectful behavior is expected from all learners, parents, and staff to create a positive and safe environment.
– Disruptive behavior may result in a suspension or termination of enrollment, at the discretion of Swimways Academy.
6. Medical Emergencies
– In the event of a medical emergency, Swimways Academy staff will provide first aid and, if necessary, contact medical services. Parents/guardians will be informed immediately.
– Swimways Academy is not liable for any costs incurred in the case of a medical emergency.
7. Liability Waiver
– By enrolling in our programs, parents/guardians acknowledge that swimming and water-based activities carry inherent risks.
– Swimways Academy, its staff, and affiliated entities are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
8. Privacy Policy
– Swimways Academy respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during registration is securely stored and only used for administrative and communication purposes.
– We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.
9. Agreement to Terms
– By registering with Swimways Academy, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
– Swimways Academy reserves the right to update these terms as needed.
